This week Hollywood Developments started work at Balseskin Refugee Reception Centre in Finglas, North Dublin, to double the capacity of asylum seekers from 350 to 700 residents, as Ireland flings opens its doors to all comers from Africa and Asia. Police have deployed water cannon during a rally against the controversial UN migration pact in Brussels.
