According to the witness in the video, the victim of that horrendous stabbing and attempted beheading in Belfast has special needs and is hard of hearing. Apparently he (Stephen Ogilvie) actually helped some migrants move into the area, and that it wasn’t just one migrant who jumped him, another was involved.
