Treasonous Fianna Fáil Replaced the 1922 Constitution And Removed Accountability to “We The People”

They say if you do not learnt from your past, you are destined to repeat it until you do, and so it seems Ireland has to learn the lesson again, if it is not too late for Ireland that is…

Like what happened in Iceland, a permanent protest outside The Dail now seems to be the only action left to the disenfranchised and oppressed Irish.
It was easier to replace the constitution than to amend it.

Interview with Dermot Murphy

Ireland could have refused the Bank Bailouts, Lisbon, Nice, Water Charges, etc and anything by simply getting 70,000 signatures.

Ireland would have been able to hold both the corrupt EU occupation government as well as the Church to account had Fianna Fail not removed crucial articles from the original 1922 constitution.

In 1937 The Fianna Fáil Government replaced the Shaorstáit Eireann Constitution and they did not like articles 1, 47 and 48 which held not only the government, but also the church to account. The wise founding fathers in 1922 even put in a footnote that it was to protect the people from any future corrupt government or church….

In May 1936 de Valera announced his intention to draw up a new constitution. On 1 July 1937 the Irish people adopted the new Constitution of Ireland with only 56% approval. This new constitution was Republican in all but name, and also removed crucial clauses 1, 47 and 48 which held the government accountable to the people and a higher power – Fianna Fail effectively wrote themselves and the Dail a blank cheque.

The constitution claimed that the state consisted of the entire island of Ireland and the office of Governor-General was replaced by the President of Ireland. De Valera was able to succeed with this tactic as the 1930’s had seen a change in Britain’s relationship with her colonies. The Statute of Westminster had declared a national law to be as valid as one from Westminster and a series of amendments progressively removed many of the provisions that had been required by the Treaty and also protections of the people of Ireland. It was a delicate political move but one which de Valera managed to execute without major disruption.

How many TDs or their families are there behind Direct Provision centres in the background? It is a pure money making exercise. The DP centres get 304 euros per week per illegal alien and they only give the illegal migrant 19 Euros, so they are making huge profits selling kith, kin and country for coin.

The only way forward is a permanent camp outside the Dail, 200 or 300 people and after 3 months there will be thousands. Iceland got their banksters arrested this way and the government out.

Politicians who signed the Bailout did not know what they were signing – they were only given 20 minute to go over a telephone book sized document. To bypass protesters who had a court case the next morning, it was taken by taxi to the President to sign…

Ireland is the only country in the world that holds their ballot boxes overnight to count the next morning…

Liam Lawley was murdered in Russia.. it was not an accident…

The Regime is willing to kill to keep their jobs!

Politicians only need to work two or three years and get guaranteed a lifetime pension of 2,000 Euro per week and when they retire they get a Quango job of 200,000 per year, and probably three or four houses rented out.

Normal people get a measly 200 Euro a week and have to jump through hoops and get thrown in jail if the have a house rented out!

A Constitution is meant to be a Document that stands the test of ruling regimes that come and go and their contemporary policies, outlook and ambitions with and for the country during that period of time.

Clearly allowing a sitting government to come in and hack away at the Constitution like the Dail has allowed over recent years can only result in the destruction for that very nation.

Indeed it can be argued that Ireland no longer deserves to be nation because its founding document no longer represents what its founding fathers had intended, in all their wisdom…
