Seamus “Banty” McEnaney Given Special Treatment in Court

Today, Seamus “Banty” McEnaney attended the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin for a hearing involving Feargal Deery, who is accused of breaching a court order prohibiting him from approaching properties owned by McEnaney.

The case was adjourned until June 23, with no testimony given. The legitimacy of McEnaney’s ownership of the property in question remains disputed by Deery. Several irregularities surrounding the case raise questions about McEnaney’s claim to the property. The details of this case will be explored in a later video.

At the CCJ today, McEnaney received special treatment from the Gardaí and court services, allowing him to enter and leave through a side entrance to avoid a small group of demonstrators gathered outside. The group protested Banty’s role as a key figure in Ireland’s human trafficking network.
