The smoking gun! Voting Machines ARE Designed and rigged to Mimic the Polls! Trump is Right AGAIN! Unnaturally dividing Votes into Fractions, as if they were money and not individual people, allows controllers with access, to set the machine to kick out a result which would mimic what the Polls say!
Where or why would you ever need to indicate half or a quarter of a vote? This illogical, unnatural design in Voting machines opens up massive questions their designers, producers and sellers (like George Soros who is not even American) need to answer QUICK.
These machines are therefore structurally and programmatically designed to allow vote rigging as no one can predict actual numbers of voters, but you can guestimate percentages or fractions! Until an answer is given, demand a paper ballot because it is your right!
Ever wondered why the Mass Media and Establishment Politicians are soooooooo desperate to appear to be ahead in the Polls? Why CNN would be willing to skew the polls by predetermining respondents?
Ever heard a Politician say “We need to be SEEN to be winning”? I heard Tony Blair use that phrase before his supposed landslide election win in UK.
How else could they justify a win against all odds on the day if the polls says they are losing badly yet the rigged results give them a win? Look at all the questions the BRexit shock result caused because the Establishment and liberal Elites did not expect it and it went against the Polls! I do however expect a similar “BRexit effect” in USA 2016 elections.

A controller can simply enter the PERCENTAGE votes he wants the winner to have, according to the latest Poll numbers, and no one will suspect a thing because Decimals are truncated/hidden! They will just assume the Polls were right! This also explains why only some votes get flipped in apparently random instances, as the machine is working on percentages.
Soros has been linked to a persons campaign who is running in the election and has a clear bias to one candidate. His ownership of voting machines in 16 states is clear breach of integrity of our electoral system.

Simply by treating votes as money, thereby allowing them to be fractionalized (dividing a single vote), controllers are able to dictate to voting machines what percentage results it should kick out in order to correlate with the polls. The decimals (fraction) are hidden/truncated from view when results are displayed!
Now we know why it is so important for the liberal left to manipulate the polls: so that they can be seen to be winning so that the election result does not appear beyond expectation and raise question! that is why Hillary needs to bus in supporters.

The real SCARY part is that the Occupation Government of special interests are the very people US States are calling for help to try counter election fraud!
To date, almost every state has called on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to help defend their voter registration systems from been hacked.
However, a few states have argued that federal interference could disenfranchise voters as it is the Establishment that is the problem to start of with.

The majority of states, 46, have called on the DHS to try and bolster the cyber defenses of their voter registration systems after the government raised the alarm about foreign hackers ahead of the election, according to CNN.
The number of states asking for federal assistance has grown from 33 states in mid-October.
Nearly half US states have had their voter registration systems targeted by foreign hackers, and four systems were successfully breached, sources told ABC News. Among them were Arizona, Florida and Illinois.
On Friday, however CBS reported 11 states, including the battlegrounds of New Hampshire and Michigan, had not accepted DHS help, fearing that voters would think it was a federal takeover and could lead to voter disenfranchisement.
Seven states have declined the offer outright: Alabama, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Of those 11, now only four have rejected federal help.
“The biggest threats to the integrity of this November’s election and our democratic system are attempts to undermine public confidence in the reliability of that system,” Lawrence Norden, deputy director of the Brennan Center for Justice at the New York School of Law, testified September 28 before the House Oversight and Government Committee’s IT subcommittee.
Voter registration systems are also tempting to hackers because they provide access to personal information like date of birth, driver’s license number, and the last four digits of Social Security numbers.
To date, the largest challenges to voters have come voter registrations roll purging and voting machine problems.
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) has accused the board of elections in North Carolina of trying to purge voter rolls through a mass mailing.
During early voting in several counties in Texas and North Carolina, voting machines listed the wrong vote for voters.
Predictably, Obama and the Establishment are blaming Russia in order to divert attention from their evil deeds…
